If you love eating food with garlic on it, try monitoring yourself. Are you acidic? smells odor coming from the nose when inhaling? smells worse when sweating? and do not have garlic breath at all? this might be a garlic body smell due to excessive garlic intake. Avoid eating garlic for a while, or use an alternative for garlic instead.

3. Spices

Spices raise body temperature that causes the body to sweat excessively. If you’re into spicy food, you might want to consider avoiding it, especially if you’re in a closed room with no electric fans on, to avoid producing sweat that might only lead to an unwanted armpit odor. That’s uncomfortable!
